About Us
Who we are
Through a strong tradition of collaboration with SUNY Morrisville, the Liberty Partnerships Program has been serving the youth within the Chenango County region for over 30 years! We offer a comprehensive 12-month program of support to over 430 students from the Bainbridge-Guilford, Norwich, Otselic Valley, Sherburne Earlville, and Unadilla Valley School Districts. Each school has a full time advocate who offers both in-school and after-school program opportunities. The SUNY Morrisville LPP is part of a statewide network of programs designed to support students in grades 5-12 in achieving their graduation goals and helping to prepare them to enter college or the workforce.
