About Us

Hello! My name is Pat Yaddow. I am the Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) Assistant Director and Student/Family Education Advocate at the Bainbridge-Guilford School. I have been working for LPP since 2013. I originally started working part-time in Norwich and transferred to Bainbridge in October of 2014 to become a full-time advocate. In 2005, I graduated from Morrisville State College with my Associates in General Studies. In 2017, I graduated from Empire State College with my Bachelors in Science with a concentration in Community and Human Services. I have a passion for working with students. I work with students in 5th- 12th grade. The thing that I love most about my job is being able to watch students grow and mature into young adults. I have the privilege of helping them set goals for themselves in the younger grades and then supporting them as they work hard to achieve those goals throughout their school careers. Outside of my role with LPP, I am a mom to a 15-year-old young man and a 4-year old husky/border collie mix. In my free time, I enjoy running, reading on my hammock with my dog, hiking, kayaking, drawing, making projects that I find on Pinterest, traveling and spending time with my friends and family. I try to lead by example, so each year I set my own list of goals that I work to accomplish in hopes of improving myself every day. Right now, I currently have an 867-day run streak. A big goal that I have is to run at least 1 mile for 1,000 days in a row (only 133 more days to go!). I have an open-door policy. Feel free to contact me anytime with questions or concerns.
