About Us

What is
Liberty Partnerships?

The Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) is a collaboration of 46 higher education institutions across New York State to support at-risk middle and high school students in their academic, social and emotional development. Through meaningful programs, students engage more fully in their education and are more likely to graduate from high school and continue on to higher education or stable employment.
